The registration fee of $100 USD is due in cash upon your arrival to the conference. The fee covers all accommodation, meals, conference fees and transport within Burundi. Airfare is not included.
Some participants may be qualified to receive a partial or full scholarship to attend the conference. If you would like to request a scholarship, please explain why you need a partial (or full) scholarship to The Gathering. If you can pay a portion, please indicate how much assistance you are requesting. Note: All participants are expected to pay for their transport to and from The Gathering. Partial or Full Scholarships only apply to conference fees. All scholarship requests should be made by March 15th, and Amahoro will email confirmation to those we can extend funds to the first week of April. Scholarships limited, and therefore not guaranteed to all applicants.
