God is doing a new thing!

Amahoro reflection by Wendy Wallace...
Wait. Something is swirling all around me, rushing at me, through me, over me.
It must be a wave. Run. Catch it, catch it, before it's too late.
Wait. Allow God's Spirit to flow into me and from within me all at once.
Wait and see what the Lord is doing. Holy Spirit come.
Stop, soak it in, marinate in it, taste different afterwards.
Breathe, listen, learn, love, share, laugh, cry.
Lord, your power, your mercy, it is here and it is moving strong
amidst your people.
Sudan, Burundi, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, DRC, Mozambique
Stories, prayers, people in the flesh seeking to bring Your Kingdom to Earth now
Pain in the flesh, deep eyes inset with years of hardship, yet bright
with hope and faith in Your plans.
Courageous hearts and minds sensing the wave of the Kingdom, daring to
step into it,
Letting God move us in a new way that at once protects creation and
humanity, the spiritual and the physical.
Listen, as Noah did, to how He instructs us to build this new ark,
For He created the laws of architecture and art.
Listen to how he instructs us to pay for or acquire the supplies,
For He is our provider.
Listen to whom he wants on the passenger list,
For He is the ultimate politician, distributing scarce resources,
deciding what the cleansed world will look like.
He wrote the rules of the universe, and we have the pleasure of discovering them
Through human pursuits of economics, mathematics, science, business, theology.
ALL that He created is good.
Therefore, let us not falsely separate his laws and choose which we
will live by,
But instead let us use the entire body and knowledge of Christ to walk
alongside those that God loves the most,
Let us use the best economics and business to partner with the poor,
Let us use the best science to take care of His creation, his forests,
animals, and water sources,
Let us use all of the gifts and disciplines of the Spirit to build one
another up in love,
Let us use prayer and knowledge combined to create innovative systems
to bring the marginalized into the fold - businesses, churches,
non-profits, governments, schools, and hospitals.
Let us join together. Pastors, photographers, scientists, businessmen,
counselors, doctors, teachers. Mothers, Fathers, wives, husbands,
sons, and daughters. Innovators, technicians, managers, and
employees.
Let us pray, worship, and take communion as one body united,
Let us scatter to the distant ends of the earth to be the hands and
feet of the Lord.
Doing everything as unto Him.
A rising tide lifts all boats...
Isaiah 43: 16 - 21
Thus says the Lord,
who makes a way in the sea,
a path in the mighty waters,
who brings forth chariot and horse, army and warrior,
they lie down, they cannot rise,
they are extinguished, quenched like a wick:
